Fruits receded, but still good structure with a balanced finish. Probably peaking now, but a pleasant drinker.

2001 (A-B) Deeply coloured, very fruity and peppery on the nose. Tasted blind - 2 of us got Zin, one Cab Franc and camera boy got Cabernet... Tasted again in 2008, more balanced, smooth cherry and medium finish.

Sweet sherry like taste, some tannins, but little fruit or structure. Medium length sweet finishes in the back of the mouth.

Not much fruit left. Mouth drying tannins with a back of mouth finish. Nice structure, but not much flavour in this wine.

Brownish ruby colour, with limited fruit on the nose. some dryness from the tannins on the palate, but not much to this wine.
